YOUR ITINERARY
Day 1
Victoria Falls
- This tour begins with collection from the Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe. From the airport you are transferred by minibus to your lodge, The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge for check in. Renowned for it's views over a wildlife rich watering hole, the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge offers a unique safari experience. After checking in you may spend the afternoon settling in and watching amazing views of the Zambezi National Park right at your doorstep.
Day 2
Sunset Cruise
- You will then be picked up for a tranquil sunset cruise on the majestic Zambezi River. The cruise starts at approx. 16:00 and lasts for about 2 hours. Soak up the spectacular views of the spray from the iconic Victoria Falls and enjoy complimentary sundowners and delicious snacks while you watch reflections of the sunset on this majestic river. After the sun sets the cruise ends and you will be transferred back to your lodge.
Day3,4
Guided Tour Of The Falls
- The second day starts off bright and early with a guided tour of the Victoria Falls, the largest curtain of falling water in the world. Known as Mosi-Oa-Tunya (The Smoke that Thunders) to the local tribe, this rainforest has a very unique ecosystem which is a habitat for several unique plant and animal species. This tour lasts for approx. 2 hours. After the tour ends, you will have a free afternoon of shopping around the busy craft markets around Victoria Falls town or alternatively experience the many activities in the Adventure Capital of Africa.
Day 5
Hwange National Park
- After checking out at approx. 10:00hrs, you will be picked up by a comfortable air-conditioned minibus and travel south to Hwange National Park. The transfer is approx. 2 hours long, bringing you to Elephant's Eye Hwange just after midday. Located on a private concession that shares a fenceless border with Hwange National Park, this camp offers unique added benefits of a private conservancy such as night-time game drives and guided walking safaris. You will be welcomed with a hearty lunch and refreshments overlooking sweeping spaces of savannah bushveld. After settling in and relaxing, you will set off on an afternoon game drive in Zimbabwe's largest National Park.
Day 6
- Day 6 brings you to the end of this epic adventure safari. You will be transferred to Victoria Falls International Airport well before your flight check in time for your onward journey.
